Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe is from a multi-cultural family. She was born in South London. Her father is Nigerian as well as Swiss and her mother is English. She was born in the south London Council Estate and went to The Brit School aged 14. In London, she studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art where her acting certificate was awarded. At school, she was a part-time actor in a variety of stage productions including King Henry V's princess Katherine or Wuthering Heights.
Madekwe's acting career began with Storm Damage. In the years since, Madekwe has appeared in Teachers as well as Doctors. Madekwe's debut film appearance was Woody Allen's 2007 Cassandra's Dream opposite Colin Farrell, Ewan McGregor. The film's success has led her to be cast in Elisha as a one-off BBC Three drama West 10 LDN pilot. Later, she appeared in six episodes Trexx and Flipside as Ollie. She was Bambi on the ITV2 drama Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe also appeared on the comedic How to Lose Friends and to annoy people (2008). Performance credits for Madekwe include Little Sweet Thing and Flight Path.
Madekwe was officially introduced to her US debut on The Beautiful Life in 2009. The series aired only two episodes at The CW, and was then cancelled. Ashley Davenport appeared in ABC drama Revenge as of February 2011. The departure of Madekwe from the show was officially announced in May of 2013. Following two seasons as a main character, she made a guest performance in the opening episode of season three. She was Tituba in the TV program Salem in 2014 until. From June to July 2012, Madekwe married her long-time boyfriend, actor Iddo Goldberg. Ashley Leggat, a twice Gemini nominated actress, was born into a large family in Hamilton, Ontario. She was raised by her parents Roy and Patty and four older brothers, Rob, Brett, and twins Todd and Bram. The brothers of Ashley were extremely athletic and played baseball and hockey in the winter and summer months. Her childhood was spent in baseball and arenas. Ashley could not walk but danced.
